What a club website must have.
A club site has three readers: a parent looking for training for their child, a member looking for the schedule, and a sponsor checking whether the club is alive.
- Joining on one page: age groups, schedule, membership fee, where training happens, who to write to. A sign-up form that reaches the coach or secretary.
- A schedule the coach edits alone, without calling someone to »fix this«. Session changes are the most frequent edit on a club site.
- News and results posted by whoever was at the match, from a phone, in five minutes.
- Sponsors with logos and links in a visible place, because that is part of the deal with them.
- Photos from training and matches, real ones, not stock. Parents and members want to see themselves.
- Documents: membership form, statutes, privacy policy, notices. In one place, not scattered across Facebook.

Mistakes that cost a club its members.
Most club sites were built by volunteers and have been waiting ever since for someone with time.
- The latest news is from 2023. The parent assumes the club is inactive and enrols the child elsewhere.
- The schedule as a photo of a table, unreadable on a phone and out of date after every change.
- Joining via »call the coach«, with no form and no price. Parents decide in the evening, when calling is not appropriate.
- A site only one person can edit, who has since moved to another club.
- Facebook only, which Google does not rank and where nobody can find the documents.
Price and timeline.
A club site with sign-up, schedule, news, sponsors and documents fits the Start package, from €890 excluding VAT, or the Growth package at €1,990 when the club has several squads, several venues and regular news.
The build takes two to five working days after the design is approved. Editing is set up so any coach can do it after a half-hour walkthrough, and there can be several logins so the club does not depend on one person. Monthly care with hosting and updates costs €49, which for clubs is often less than one membership fee.

What chairs, coaches and secretaries ask before starting a new site.
Can several people edit the site?
Yes. Each coach or committee member gets their own login and edits only their part: schedule, their squad's news, documents. When someone leaves, the login is switched off. The club does not depend on one person.
How much does a club site cost?
From €890 excluding VAT in the Start package. Clubs with several squads and regular news choose Growth at €1,990. Monthly care with hosting is €49. The price is fixed and you can show it to a sponsor or the municipality when applying for funding.
Can we post results and news from a phone?
Yes. The editing interface works on a phone: a photo from the match, two sentences, publish. News appears automatically on the home page and can be shared to social media.
What about photos of children and data protection?
The site has a privacy policy and a sign-up form that asks only for what is necessary. Publishing photos of underage members requires parental consent; we prepare the consent text and a place on the site that states how you handle it.
Can the site take membership fee payments?
It can, as an add-on: the parent pays the fee by card or receives an invoice, and the club has an overview of payments. For smaller clubs a sign-up form and an invoice by email are often enough.
