Websites for clinics and practices
Patients choose with trust. A clean, calm, clear site with online booking signals professionalism and makes booking easy.
Why trust is everything.
A dated or confusing site in healthcare pushes patients away. They look for professionalism, clear information and a simple path to an appointment.
The first choice often happens online, before the patient ever picks up the phone. A tidy, understandable site makes that choice easier.

What we do.
We build a tidy site with your services, team, pricing and online booking, consistent and calm.
- Online appointment booking.
- An overview of services and team.
- Clear information and frequently asked questions.
- A discreet look, in line with what the profession expects.

What a clinic website must have.
Patients do not choose by design. They choose by whether they understand what you will do, who will do it and what it will cost.
- Services explained in the patient’s language, not the profession’s: what happens at the first visit, how long it takes, whether it hurts, when a check-up is needed.
- The team with names, titles and photos. Patients want to know whose chair they are sitting in before they call.
- An indicative price list for private services. Without it the patient assumes it is expensive and calls elsewhere.
- A clear route to an appointment: a phone with call hours, a form for non-urgent questions and, if you want, online booking.
- Directions: address, parking, step-free access, public transport. For older patients this decides it.
- A privacy policy that says what happens to form data. The form should not ask for a diagnosis, only name, contact and type of service.
Mistakes that cost patients.
Clinic websites were often built when the practice opened and have not changed since. The patient sees that in the first second.
- A 2012 look on a site that promises modern equipment. The patient assumes the equipment is from the same year.
- A list of services with no explanation. »Endodontics« tells the patient nothing; »painless root canal treatment, one or two visits« tells them everything.
- No prices, no hours, no names. Three reasons to call the competitor who has them.
- A form that asks for medical details without saying where they are stored. In healthcare that is a legal risk, not just a poor experience.
- A site that takes five seconds to load on a phone. Patients look for a clinic on their phone, often in pain, and they do not wait.
Price and timeline.
A clinic site with an introduction, services, team, prices and contact fits the Start package, from €890 excluding VAT, built in two to three working days after the design is approved.
Practices with several specialists, several locations or patient advice articles choose the Growth package at €1,990, with up to fifteen pages and copy for the key ones. Online appointment booking is an add-on, quoted before you decide. The calm, professional design the field expects is included in both packages.
Get a ballpark price in the calculator; the full price list is on the pricing page. If you already have a site that does not inspire trust, a redesign at €1,490 is often the better route than a new one.
Common questions from clinics.
What dentists, physiotherapists and private practices ask.
May we publish prices for private services on the site?
Yes, an indicative price list is standard and patients expect it. What may be said in promotional text about medical services we align with you and your professional chamber before the site goes live; we do not invent such text ourselves.
How does online appointment booking work?
The patient picks a service and a free slot, you get a calendar entry and an email, the patient gets a confirmation. It can connect to your existing calendar or scheduling software. It is an add-on to the package; without it a phone number and a form for non-urgent questions are enough.
How do you handle patient data from the form?
The form asks only for name, contact and type of service, not a diagnosis. Messages go to your address, are not kept on the server longer than necessary, and the privacy policy tells the patient so. If you need more, we agree on processing under a contract.
Do you work for contracted practices and public institutions too?
Yes. The site structure is the same; the price list is replaced by information on referrals and waiting times. For public institutions we follow the accessibility requirements that are mandatory for them, for private practices we build them in as good practice.
How long does it take?
Two to three working days for the Start package, four to five for Growth, counted from the approved design. Service descriptions and team photos usually take the longest; if you prepare them in advance, the site can be live within a week.
