Website pricing

Fixed packages for a fixed scope. The price and the deadline are agreed before we start and do not change during the project. Below are the starting prices; put your exact combination together in the calculator.

Packages and prices.

All prices exclude VAT; 22 % is added on the invoice. They cover the work from design to launch.

Start · brochure site

from €890

Up to five pages, SEO basics, a contact form, mobile build. For a first real presence online. Two to three working days.

Growth · a larger site with content

from €1,990

Up to fifteen pages, a blog or news, advanced SEO and copy for the key pages. For businesses that expect regular enquiries. Four to five days.

Store · selling online

from €3,900

Products, a basket, payments and delivery, editable without a developer. Eight to ten days.

Redesign · rebuilding an existing site

€1,490

A new look and structure on existing content, with redirects from the old addresses. Nine working days.

Custom · portals and systems

from €6,000

Links to internal systems, member logins, bookings, larger content structures. Price and deadline follow a review of the requirements.

Monthly care

from €49

Hosting, updates, backups, uptime monitoring and small fixes. Optional, no lock-in.

What the price depends on.

Four things move the price more than everything else combined.

  • The size of the site. Five pages and twenty-five are not the same job. Every page means its own structure, copy and checking.
  • Who writes the copy. If you deliver it, the price is lower. If we write it, that is a separate line, because writing is time, not a garnish.
  • Whether the site sells. A store has products, payments, delivery and returns. That is a difference in scope, not in looks.
  • Links to other systems. Bookings, stock, ERP or CRM require work that is not visible on the page.

Speed alone is not a surcharge. But a deadline shorter than usual means rescheduling other projects, and that shows in the price. We say so upfront, not at the end.

What is included and what is not.

Included

  • Structure and design, agreed with you before the build.
  • The build, the mobile version and testing on real devices.
  • SEO basics: titles, descriptions, structure, sitemap, submission to Search Console.
  • Entering the content you deliver and publishing on your domain.
  • A short introduction to editing and the access details at handover.
  • Two rounds of revisions per phase.

Not included

  • Buying photographs and fonts with a paid licence.
  • Copywriting, unless it is explicitly in the quote.
  • Translating content into other languages.
  • Advertising budget and running ads.
  • Later content changes outside the care plan.

Payment and what you receive.

Half on accepting the quote, half on handover. For stores and larger projects the payment is split into three or four milestones tied to delivered phases. The invoice is issued by LANBOR, trgovina in storitve d.o.o. of Kranj, Slovenia, VAT ID SI71497897.

At handover you receive access to the site, the domain and the hosting, plus a short editing guide. The site, the domain and the content stay yours. If you ever move to another provider, there is no buy-out and nothing in the way.

Frequently asked questions about price.

Answers to what usually turns out to be the small print in a quote.

What does a website cost in Slovenia?

With us a brochure site of up to five pages starts at €890, a site with a blog and copy for the key pages at €1,990, an online store at €3,900, and a redesign of an existing site is €1,490. The price is fixed, agreed before we start and excludes VAT.

Why do quotes for a website differ so much?

Because the same word covers very different scopes. A template filled with your text is not the same as a site built to measure, with its own structure, copy and measurement. The easiest way to see the difference is to ask how many pages are included, who writes the copy and what happens after launch.

What is not included in the price?

Buying photographs and fonts with a paid licence, translating content, advertising budget, and copywriting when it is not explicitly in the quote. If any of that is needed, we say so in the quote, not after the invoice.

What are the payment terms?

Half on accepting the quote, half on handover. For online stores and larger projects the payment is split into three or four milestones tied to delivered phases, not to dates.

Are the monthly costs compulsory?

No. Monthly care with hosting, updates and backups starts at €49 but is not a condition. If you want to host the site yourself, you get the code and the access details at handover and can move it anywhere.

Can I get a price without a conversation?

Yes. Answer a few questions in the calculator and get a ballpark in a minute, with no sign-up. A fixed quote follows a short call or a completed project questionnaire.
