Terms of sale

1. The seller

The online shop is operated by MACESEN, mountain gear, d.o.o., Gogalova ulica 8, 4000 Kranj, VAT number SI00000000, registration number 0000000000.

2. General

These terms govern the operation of the online shop, the rights and obligations of the buyer and the seller, and the purchase process. By placing an order, the buyer confirms they have read the terms and agree to them. The terms follow the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1).

3. Delivery and collection

We send ordered goods by post or prepare them for collection in the shop in Kranj. Workshop services are arranged through an enquiry; an estimate is given before any work starts. Details on choosing gear are in the guide How to gear up for the mountains.

4. Prices

All prices are in euros and include VAT. The price that applies is the price at the moment the order is placed. Delivery within Slovenia costs €4.90, and is free over €80; collection in Kranj is always free.

5. Right of withdrawal

For distance purchases, a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The right does not apply to goods made to the consumer's precise instructions (for example workshop services and made-to-measure items). Arrange a return by email; we refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the goods.

6. Warranty and complaints

Statutory warranty and liability for defects apply under ZVPot-1. Refurbished gear from our workshop carries a six-month workshop warranty. We accept complaints by email or in person in the shop.

7. Personal data

We process personal data in line with our privacy policy.
