2. What data and why

We process the data you give us when ordering, enquiring or getting in touch (name, contact details, the content of your message), in order to fulfil the order, advise you and answer your enquiry.

3. Photographs with an enquiry

With a repair enquiry you may attach a photograph of the gear. We keep it only until the enquiry or the repair is finished. In this demo version no uploaded file is stored at all; the upload only shows how the process would work.

4. Legal basis

We process data on the basis of performing a contract, meeting legal obligations (accounting records, for example) and your consent where consent is required. The processing follows the GDPR and ZVOP-2.

5. Your rights

• access to your data,
• correction or erasure,
• restriction of or objection to processing,
• data portability,
• withdrawal of consent and a complaint to the Information Commissioner.

6. Cookies

Our use of cookies is described in the cookie notice. We keep data only as long as the purpose of processing and the law require (accounting data for ten years).
